SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

How does my order ship?
Your order gets picked manually and packed in a secure way, making sure it will not brake during the shipping period. Depending on the size and weight your order will get shipped via mail or package. We use PostNL as our package carier. They will make sure you will receive your order.

When will i receive my order?
De delivery times of your products can be found at the product pages. When they are in stock and ordered before 17:00 (UTC +1) time we will do our utmost best to ship it the same day. Depending on your country you will receive your order within 1 to 14 business days.

How can i track my package?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a track and trace code. With this tracking code you can follow your package.

My order has been shipped but i have no received anything yet
Depending on where you live it can take up to 14 business days to deliver your package. Are you sure your package got lost then please contact us.

How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs will be defined in your cart. Every country has its own shipping costs, you will find the shipping costs when filling in your details.

What happens when my order get lost or damaged?
Unfortunly i can happen that your order will be damaged in the shipping period. If that happens please contact us with your details and pictures of the damaged packages. If you are sure that your order is lost please contact us.

WARRANTY

D.O.A. (Dead on arrival)
If your order is dead on arrival please contact us within 14 days after receiving your package.

Product warranty
When a defect takes place within 12 month after ordering and the defect is now caused by human hans, you can claim warranty by contacting us.

Improper use
When a defect takes place due improper use, fall or water damage all warranty will fall.

Return your order
Did you receive a defect product, wrong product or aren't you satisfied with your product. Please contact us for returning your product.
